Arrival and departure policy
-
The student's guardian must adhere to the official attendance and departure times.
-
Any absence during school hours must be accompanied by an official excuse from the student's guardian or an approved medical report.
-
Guardians must not be more than 5 minutes late in picking up students.
-
In the event of failure to comply with dismissal times, a letter will be sent to the guardian using the contact details (email address and mobile number) provided in the second party's contract details.
-
If three letters are sent to the student's guardian during the academic year regarding failure to comply with the student's arrival and departure times, the relevant authorities will be contacted to take the necessary legal measures.

Policy on communication with the school and parents
-
For telephone enquiries, please call the school's approved numbers during official working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. only, Sunday to Thursday.

Students or parents are not permitted to contact with teachers or members of the administration on their landlines or personal phones under any circumstances.
-
Parents must make an appointment to meet with any member of the school staff before visiting the school.
-
The student's notebook should not be used for correspondence. It is recommended to use the school's official communication channels (school landline, school mobile phone, email).
-
Communication with parents will be via email or mobile phone. Therefore, parents must provide the school with their correct email address and active mobile phone number.


Book policy
-
All textbooks must be covered with a transparent cover with the student's name on it, and notebooks must be covered with a brown cover and then a plastic cover throughout the school year, Parents are responsible for keeping their children's textbooks and notebooks in good condition.

Students must bring their textbooks according to the daily schedule assigned to them.
-
Grades (class participation) will be deducted starting from the second week of school if students do not bring the required books.
-
The use or bringing of photocopied textbooks is strictly prohibited, in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's intellectual property protection law.
-
If a student brings photocopied textbooks, they will be confiscated and legal action will be taken against the student's guardian.

​Dress and appearance policy

Students must attend school wearing the school uniform every day.
-
Students must maintain good personal hygiene, keeping their nails trimmed and hair neatly combed
-
Students must keep their hair short.


Student Absence Policy
-
The student's guardian undertakes that the student will not be absent before or after holidays, whether studying in person or remotely, noting that the school's code of conduct and attendance policy is in effect.
-
Students must not be absent from school, especially during exam and revision weeks.
-
In case of a student's absence, a written excuse or medical excuse explaining the reason for the absence must be submitted, and the written excuse must be signed by the guardian or their representative, even in the case of a one-day absence.
-
If no excuse is provided, the student will be recorded as absent without excuse.
-
If a student is absent for more than 45 days without excuse, he will be listed as "discontinued" in the Noor programme, based on the directives of the Ministry of Education. They will be exempt from study and re-registration procedures will be carried out. Any fees paid will not be refunded.

School Discipline Policy
-
Compliance with the rules and regulations of education and assessment within the school or during distance learning by the school administration, and not disrupting the course of the lesson
-
The student undertakes not to engage in any of the following forms of misconduct:
-
For example, using foul language, engaging in behaviour contrary to public decency, bullying in all its forms, cyberbullying, including posting any offensive images or comments about classmates, teachers or any school staff, whether on the school platform or outside it.

Commitment not to abuse or disrespect any school staff, and the need to urge students to follow the school administration's instructions
-
Mobile phones, iPads, cameras, or any other electronic devices are not allowed at school. If a student brings any electronic devices to school, they will be confiscated by the school administration until the end of the year or destroyed in accordance with the code of conduct and attendance regulations issued by the Ministry of Education if it is proven that a school employee or student has been photographed.
-
If a student intentionally or unintentionally damages school property, the student's guardian will be responsible for paying for the damage, if it occurs, according to the school administration's report.


School financial policy and accounting
-
Tuition fees for the entire academic year are paid in instalments (one instalment per term only) and no monthly instalments will be accepted.
-
The student's guardian is required to keep payment receipts and send them to the school administration if requested.
-
Tuition fees are variable and depend on the stage of education. Therefore, the guardian is required to attend each academic year to sign a new contract indicating the student's stage of education and the fees for the new academic year.
-
Full tuition fees must be paid if the student enrols at any time during the academic year.
-
The student will not receive a certificate of completion for the educational stage unless the full tuition fees for the academic year have been paid.
-
Students are not allowed to bring tuition fees to school, otherwise the school will not be responsible for the loss of the amount.
-
Once the fees have been paid it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
-
Parents/guardians are required to pay the full semester fees regardless of the number of months or whether the education is in-person or remote.
-
The school has the right to demand full tuition fees from the student's parents/guardians if they do not comply with the tuition instalments scheduled in the contract.
-
The school has the right to suspend the deduction of the student's fees as it deems appropriate.

File Withdrawal Policy
-
The student's parent does not have the right to withdraw the student's file after 7 days after signing the contract
-
If the student's parent wishes to terminate the contractual relationship (withdrawing the student's file) between him/her and the school, he/she must terminate the contract before the start of the next semester by coming to the school
-
If the parent wishes to terminate the contractual relationship no less than 10 days before the end of the current semester, and if the period is less than that, the fees for the next semester will be paid in full.
-
If the second party wishes to withdraw the student's file while the student is in the current semester, the full fees for the current semester will be paid
-
Before the start of the study (whether in person or online), the parent has no right to claim the amount that has been paid, and the parent is obligated to pay the tuition fees for the current semester, in return for the school completing the preparation of a classroom, including school equipment, including books, tools and technical equipment, and contracting with an educational and academic staff, after expressing the desire to continue.

After the start of the academic year in attendance or remotely (whether the student attends or not), the student's file will not be handed over if he leaves the school without informing the administration, and the parent is obligated to pay the full fees for the semester in which the study was abandoned.


Student and Administrative Affairs Policy

When requesting any certificates or documents from the school administration, at least 8 working days are counted from the date of the request for the issuance of the required certificates or documents from the school
-
An official letter of transfer or final discharge or a medical report from a hospital must be submitted to issue certificates or documents required by the school
-
When submitting a request form to terminate the contractual relationship (withdrawal of the student's file) from the school, the student's name will be removed from the list, and in case the student wishes to retract the withdrawal, the school must be informed with a maximum period of one week, and if the student still wishes to return to the school after a week, the parent must initiate the re-enrollment procedures.

Parents must note and inform the school at the beginning of each academic year in case the student has a special health condition such as diabetes, epilepsy or any other conditions - God forbid.

All information and documents must be updated on time for school records (residency, passport, contact numbers, email addresses, home addresses and health issues).
-
In order to ensure the safety of the student at dismissal, the school administration is not allowed to pick up the student except from the parent or his representative (bring the ID), and in case of non-compliance, the school administration has the right to take the necessary measures.

The school has the right to take a photo, video, or audio recordings of students during school activities, trips, and official events inside and outside the school, and use them in its publications, official website, and social media pages, in accordance with the social norms and controls in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
