School admission &
enrollment requirements
Age groups allowed for enrollment:
- KG1: The child must be 3 years and 6 months old at the beginning of the school year.
- KG2: The child must be 4 years and 6 months old at the beginning of the school year.
- KG3: The child must be 5 years and 6 months old at the start of the school year.
- First Grade Primary: The child must be 6 years old at the beginning of the school year or according to the calendar specified by the Ministry of Education.
Documents required to complete enrollment:
For Saudis:
1. A copy of the parent's and student's national ID (if applicable).
2. Copy of the family card.
3. Copy of birth certificate.
4. A copy of the immunization certificate approved by the "My Health" app or a stamped vaccination card.
5. Students' medical record.
6. 4 recent personal photos (white background).
7. 3 certificates of previous educational results for stages from the first grade of primary school and above.
8. A transfer letter from the previous school (if the transfer is within the Kingdom).
For non-Saudis (residents):
1. A copy of a valid passport.
2. A copy of a valid copy of the parent's and student's residency.
3. A copy of the birth certificate (translated and certified if it is in a language other than Arabic) and if the student was born in Saudi Arabia, a copy of the birth certificate issued by the official authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. A copy of the immunization certificate approved by the "My Health" application or a stamped vaccination card.
5. The student's medical record.
6. 4 recent personal photos (white background).
7. 3 certificates of previous educational results for stages from the first grade of primary school and above.
8. A transfer letter from the previous school (if the transfer is within the Kingdom).
9. In case of transfer from outside the Kingdom, the school administration and the Ministry of Education must be reviewed.

Passing the school's aptitude and admission test (if applicable).

Availability of a vacant seat in the required grade.

Pay the prescribed fees according to the school's financial policy.

Pass the personal interview (if required).

1. Filling out the form or submitting documents does not mean that the student is accepted, but is subject to conditions and procedures.

3. A seat will be reserved for the student only after passing all requirements and signing the contract.

4. If the information provided is not correct, the school reserves the right to refuse enrollment.
